Meredith Aristone is a nonfiction MFA graduate of Columbia University. In 2021, she received her BFA in Creative Writing from Pratt Institute. She is the first place winner of NYC Poetry Contest (2024) and her poetry is published in NYC Poetry Magazine & Wax Poetry and Art Magazine. She is the author of "Excessive Sodium: A Collection of Poems For The Troubled Soul," writer/director of "Psych-Idyllic (2015)". Her work is featured in "Stained Glass & Thunderstorms," for Girlz, Interrupted: An Anti-Lifestyle Blog for Crazy B*tches," & Go Magazine (NYC). She is currently working on her memoir: "Girlhood Is The Monster Under My Bed: A Story of Femininity & Vice," and is passionate about writing music, teaching, and working on films.
